to lose weight. The metabolism will begin to do its job, and assist you in burning calories all through the
day. Remember, eating often is the key to keeping your metabolism going, and burning that fat. Watch your
breakfast choices. Breakfast is the perfect time to have your fiber, as you have the rest of the day to burn
off those carbs. A choice of a high fiber cereal is great-just make sure that it isn’t loaded with
sugar!

Snacks: ALWAYS have in-between meals snacks. Some protein is great. Have some cheese

great for preparing your veggies or fish. And of course all fish have great content of good oil. Try to stay
away from salmon, as it is high in fat content-but it is still a better choice if you are eating out. You

benefits, and also help to keep you regular.
Drink water: Lots of it! Drink at least 8 or more glasses a day. Try to stay away from
the sweetened waters, as they are loaded with calories, sugar, and sometimes a lot of sodium. If you have
hard time drinking plain water, you can get the sparkling ones, or add a slice of lemon to your water. One of
the very important ways to lose weight!
Don’t drink alcohol: It is filled with empty calories, and tends to stimulate your
