weight, is to breastfeed. Mother Nature will assist you! When you breastfeed- your uterus contracts, which
assists you in getting back to pre-pregnancy size much quicker. Also, you may burn an additional 500-800
calories per day. Not to mention how good breastfeeding is for your new little boy or girl! We all know that
breastfeeding has many health benefits for a newborn.
Lose prgnancy weight by eating right, Eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Eat lean
protein (lean meats and cheeses). The fiber and protein will help to satisfy cravings, and helps to kick
start that metabolism into action. Try to stay away from fruit juices, and chocolate. The caffeine in
chocolate is not good for your baby. Keep healthy snacks available, so that you eat small amounts of food,
frequently.
Drink your water! You need to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. This helps
to satisfy your appetite, and cleanses your system.
If you are going to start working out again, make sure that you check with your
physician before starting any work out plan. Once they give you the go ahead, start slowly. Always start with
stretches, to warn you up. You may find it more comfortable to do your work outs right after a feeding, as
your breasts will be less full.

Walks are a good way to lose pregnancy weight. You can even bring the baby along
for some fresh air! If you are pushing the baby in a stroller, you are doing some resistive training, as well
as just walking. If you carry the baby at times, you are doing weight training. So, you are not only getting back in shape, but having a great
time with your baby. And, it’s always nice
when people you meet along the way, stop you to admire the new addition to your family.
Don’t expect to lose your pregnancy weight right away.
Remember, it took 9 months to get there, and it will take awhile to take it back off. It is always easier to
gain weight than to take it back off.
Support groups can also be of great help to lose pregnancy weight. Even if this
includes only your significant other, and/or family members. Get them involved in eating healthy and
exercising with you. Many women, in your area; are probably in the same boat as you. Start your own support
group with them. You can all support each other, and you may make some great friends.
Remember, start slow, but keep moving. Soon, you’ll see that beautiful thin body you
